My ‘holistic’ approach means that, for each client, a personal programme is developed that takes body and mind into account and is tailored specifically to their goals.  After a programme has been designed, progress can be monitored and managed through a range of methods including in-person coaching sessions, one-to-one video conferencing, email and telephone conversations depending on the client’s preferences.
